About Annapolis City Dock

Dock space and moorings are available on a first come, first served basis. They have a management agreement with the owners of Chandler Dock (formerly Fawcett’s) which permits taking reservations and holding reserved space on the Chandler Dock.aYou are welcome to call the morning of arrival for availability information. The rates are $2.25 per foot (plus electricity charges) per night. There is limited Reservation Space, which costs $3.25/foot per night (MAXIMUM 18ft. beam). There is a $0.50 per foot premium added to all overnight docking on Fridays and Saturdays; along with the following holidays: July 4, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Naval Academy Graduation. The City Dock includes 1500 feet of bulkhead and 18 slips. Dock space may be rented in a slip or on the bulkhead at an hourly (maximum of 3 hours) or daily rate. The hourly rate is $8.00/hr for boats under 40? long, $10.00/hr for vessels 40?-59? in length, and $15.00/hr for boats 60? and longer, electrical hookup is included in hourly rates only. The overnight rate of $2.25/ft is charged for all boats arriving at / or remaining on City Dock after 5 PM and for all boats remaining more than 3 hours; electrical hookup is extra. There are no hourly rates at the moorings; the fee for use of a mooring designed for boat up to 35? registered length is $25 per night;.the fee for moorings 1-40 are now $35 per night (moorings 1-8, 16, 27, 36, and 40 are designated for vessels up to 55?). All other moorings in the harbor are $30 per night. The moorings are restricted to boats no longer than 55? with some restricted to a maximum of 35, and 45?. For overnight customers, checkout time is noon the next day. –> Late night clinic within one block and a major hospital within one mile.
